1 Introduction

4 Account Eligibility

To register for and maintain an Account on the 2888pk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Proof of age may be requested at any time. 4.2 Jurisdictional Compliance

4.3 Account Restrictions

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Full account functionality, including deposits, withdrawals and bonus activation, is subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process. You may be required to submit a government-issued identification document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

5 Account Obligations

As a registered User, you undertake the following obligations in respect of your Account at all times:

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 2888pk shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify 2888pk immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach.
• No Fraudulent Activity: You must not use your Account for any fraudulent purpose, money laundering, identity theft, bonus abuse or any other activity that violates applicable law or these Terms.
• Personal Use Only: Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use. You must not use your Account to place bets or engage with the Platform on behalf of a third party.

6 Permitted Use of the Platform

The 2888pk Platform is made available for lawful, personal and informational use only. You agree that you will not use the Platform in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation or third-party right;
• Is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing or otherwise objectionable;
• Involves the introduction of any virus, malware, spyware or other harmful code;
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or any connected system;
• Involves scraping, crawling, data mining or any automated extraction of content without prior written consent from 2888pk;
• Is intended to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Impersonates 2888pk, its staff or any other person or entity.

2888pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any User who violates these usage restrictions, without prior notice and without liability.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following provisions apply to all financial transactions processed in connection with your 2888pk Account. All monetary figures referenced on the Platform are illustrative and denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

7.1 Deposits

Deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the operator at the time of transaction. Familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfer options via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced for contextual familiarity only. 8 Bonuses & Promotions

Any unauthorised use of 2888pk's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2888pk, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any gambling losses incurred as a result of information or guidance published on the Platform;
• Technical errors, system outages or interruptions to Platform availability;
• Decisions made by third-party gaming operators referenced on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 2888pk makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, suitability or availability of any content published on the Platform.

13 Suspension & Termination

2888pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account, without prior notice and without liability, where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has provided false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Fraudulent, abusive or collusive activity is suspected or detected;
• A court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request requires account restriction;
• The User has been found to be a minor at the time of registration;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity, security or reputation of the Platform.

Upon termination, all licences granted to the User under these Terms shall immediately cease. Any funds held in a suspended Account shall be dealt with in accordance with applicable operator terms and relevant legal obligations.

Users wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via the email address provided in the Contact section below. Account closure does not extinguish any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to closure.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as submitting to any jurisdiction in which gambling is prohibited.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties agree first to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Where resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the applicable legal forum as determined by the governing jurisdiction of the operator's licence.

15 Amendments to These Terms

2888pk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also, at our discretion, notify registered Users of significant changes via email or an on-site notification.

It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued access to or use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
